What are your service areas?

We proudly serve most of the Treasure Valley.

Spring start-ups and irrigation repair services are generally not available outside of Ada County.

However, we do serve these areas for fall winterizations.

How does scheduling work?

Accepted Answer

Start by filling out a request form from our website for fastest scheduling.

Request forms are typically reviewed multiple times throughout the day and we'll get you scheduled at the earliest appointment available.

A confirmation booking email is immediately sent with the date of your appointment. Please note that we can't typically give a time since it is based on our list for each day, but a technician will text when they are on their way.

If you have any concerns about your appointment day or time, you can either text the number on our website or email officejaeservices@gmail.com.

Do I need to be home?

Fall winterizations (blow-outs) can typically be handled without the homeowner, as long as gates are open and pets are secured.

For repair work, if being at home during the day is a challenge, we ask that you provide as much detail as you can on the request form. Typically we can make a determination from there. If we need access to the sprinkler clock we do need the homeowner. If it's a leaking valve, we don't. In general, with repair issues, we do prefer that the homeowner be at home to answer questions and discuss repairs.

What is the pricing for your services?

Accepted Answer

Irrigation repairs vary depending on the issue and the parts required. Our service call typically includes basic evaluation services and minor adjustments. Before completing additional work, we’ll explain what we found and review the expected cost with you.

Spring start-up and winterizations are typically a flat rate. We encourage early winterization requests to get the best pricing.

How do I get in contact with you?

If you’d like to get on our schedule, please fill out our request form. We typically respond within a business day if not sooner. You can also reach us through text at the number on our website or at officejaeservices@gmail.com.

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Your technician will typically invoice you immediately. You are welcome to pay by cash, check, or credit or debit card. We also accept Apple Pay or Venmo.
